Pillow covers are custom made after each order is placed and therefore cannot be returned for a refund unless defective or damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via email immediately so we can work with you to repair or replace the item. No claims can be made after 72 hours of package arrival. All purchases of sale items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items.
If you are unsure of whether the color or texture of a pillow will work in your space, you may request a free swatch of the fabric.
If your order has not shipped and you would like to cancel it, you may do so within 12 hours of ordering. You must notify us via email in order to get authorization and the proper refund.
All our pillow covers are made to order so please allow 2-3 weeks. If you need your pillow(s) by a certain date, please contact us prior to ordering regarding Rush Service.
At this time we only ship within the U.S. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your pillow order has been made and shipped, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email with the USPS tracking information as soon as your order is on it’s way to you.
Megan Mathewson respects your privacy and will never sell, loan, rent, trade or give away any personal information that you offer during your site visit. Personal information provided is only to be used for the services requested, such as processing an order and shipping your package to your address.
Once you have completed your order, you will automatically be directed to PayPal, which will securely process your payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account. You can pay with your debit card or credit card as a PayPal guest. Accepted card types are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We collect 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
